Biography
Gabriel Chouraki was born in Paris and started to study the violin at 10 years old. One year later, he made the Aliyah to Israel with his family and continued his studies at the Raanana Music Center.
Since he was 14, Gabriel has regularly performed as a soloist in Israel and throughout Europe with such prestigious orchestras as the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, or the Pasdeloup Symphony in Paris.
Gabriel has also played for the Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, Chief Rabbi Meir Lau, General Benny Gantz, and former American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
Gabriel accomplished three years of military service in Tsahal Forces, where he served under the status of "Musician of Excellence".
Gabriel studied Musical Interpretation and Choir & Orchestra Conducting in the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, under the guidance of Professor Lihay Bendayan and Professor Aharon Harlap, and is now developing a carrier of independent Soloist and Conductor across the globe.
